Deposits are generally non-refundable as they secure your luxury accommodations and private guides. However, we can often apply your deposit to a future date if you need to reschedule with at least 45 days' notice.
Are international flights included in the price?
To give you the most flexibility with your preferred airline and departure city, international airfare is NOT included. However, we handle all domestic logistics, including internal flights and private transfers within Colombia.
